Cancellation Policy
At Olee de Lux Salon, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This courtesy allows us to offer the time slot to other clients on our waiting list.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which helps cover the time reserved for you and supports our stylists.
For no-show appointments—when no notice is given and the client does not arrive—a 100% fee will be charged. While we recognize that emergencies happen, missed appointments significantly impact our team and other clients.
